CBJ Attorneys has an opportunity for an experienced Site Visit Debt Collection Agent in eMalahleni.

The role is focused on debt collection, client interaction, negotiation, and site visits related to debt recovery matters.
CBJ Attorneys has an established debt collection division that includes both call-centre collections and field-based debtor engagement.

Based on CBJ Attorneys’ debt recovery services, a Site Visit Debt Collection Agent may:

• Contact debtors and negotiate payment arrangements;
• Conduct site visits to various clients;
• Follow up on outstanding accounts;
• Assist with debtor investigations and account verification;
• Maintain accurate records and reports;
• Work toward collection targets and productivity goals;

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate
• 1 – 3 Years experience
• Additionally:
  • Must live in eMalahleni;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Must be willing to work irregular-; and flexible hours and be able to travel daily as part of the role;
  • Own reliable transport will be an advantage;
  • Call centre and customer service experience;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Self-motivated and target-driven;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Comfortable dealing with debtors and handling collection matters.
