Welcome back Daphne

She obtained her right of appearance in the High Court in 2010. She holds a Certificate in Business Rescue Practice and is a DiSAC and SASETA accredited mediator.
Daphne is a member of SAWLA (South African Women Lawyers’ Association) and is currently serving as the deputy secretary of SAWLA Mpumalanga and on SAWLA’s Legal & Research Committee.
Daphne has extensive litigation experience and completed two Judicial Skills Training Courses. She recently acted as a judge in High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria.
Daphne will practice in our Debt Collection Division that consists of a call centre and a legal department. She will head up the legal department where she will focus to continuously improve our standards and efficiently.
Returning to the firm after almost 15 years, Daphne will add a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team that will enable us to continuously increase our value offering and service to our clients.
