  Applicants must

• be at least 30 years old;
• have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role;
• have knowledge of MS Office package;

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions;
• Maintain high level of professionalism;
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction;
• Utilize problem solving;
• Travel to various locations as required to meet business and customer needs.
