We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Key Account Administrator to join our team in eMalahleni. The ideal candidate will be a pro-active communicator, adapt in problem solving, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements
- Must have excellent people skills;
- Valid Driver’s license;
- Problem solving;
- Travelling.
Responsibilities
Applicants must
- be at least 30 years old;
- have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role;
- have knowledge of MS Office package;
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions;
- Maintain high level of professionalism;
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction;
- Utilize problem solving;
- Travel to various locations as required to meet business and customer needs.
